Sales and Returns (RMA)
Unlike other E-commerce sites, all sales are NOT final.
You may return an order (the entire order, or specific products from an
order) with 30 days from the invoice date for a full refund LESS
your shipping costs with no questions asked. There will be no
additional handling charges, or return charges. All products must
be in their original packaging and be otherwise "complete" and
undamaged. Products returned without their originally packaging
MAY be assessed a return charge if such lack of packaging deems the
product un-sellable. You MUST obtain an RMA number prior to
shipping any product back to us. We will not accept product
back for refund (or credit) after 30 days, except if the product
needs servicing as described below.
Defective Products (Within 1st
30 days)
Should you require a replacement, we will immediately ship you a
replacement product PRIOR to receiving the defective product within a 30 day open return period.
Please use the following steps:
- Contact our
RMA department, and providing the sales order number (or
your complete name), and the product that you need to return.
- Upon receipt of the RMA PDF document, please enter a NEW on-line order on
our website for the SAME PRODUCT. Select USPS PRIORITY MAIL
SHIPPING for this item in the order.
- Return the defective product to us via USPS Parcel Post Mail,
including a printed copy of the RMA PDF document provided to you to:

- Upon receipt of the defective item, we will refund the cost of
your order incurred from step (2) above - including the USPS
Priority Mail Shipping costs. We will ALSO refund the USPS
Parcel Post Mail shipping costs you incurred in step (3)! We
take all the risks out of buying on-line in the very small
chance you need to return a defective product.
Incorrect Product Received (Within 1st
30 days)
If after receiving your order from us, we have shipped you the
INCORRECT ITEM(s) when compared to your on-line order, we will immediately ship you a
replacement product PRIOR to receiving the defective product within a 30 day open return period.
Please use the following steps:
- Contact our
RMA department, and providing the sales order number (or
your complete name), and the product that you need to return.
- Return the INCORRECT product to us via USPS Parcel Post
Mail, including a printed copy of the RMA PDF document
provided to you to:

- Upon receipt of the defective item, we will refund the USPS
Parcel Post Mail shipping costs you incurred in step (2).
- Should the incorrect product NOT be received back
within 14 days of the replacement product being sent out
to you, we WILL charge your credit card the full
amount of the product sent back out to you.
Defective or Incorrect Products (After 30
days)
Should you require a replacement, we will offer to immediately ship
you a replacement product PRIOR to receiving the defective product.
Prior to shipping such replacement product, we will ask for your credit
card number. We will charge your credit card number for the
replacement product. We require that we RECEIVE the replacement
product within 30 days of being supplied an RMA #. Once we
have RECEIVED the defective (or returned)
product, we will credit your credit card
account. Please ship the product back to
us USPS
Ground. All returns
MUST obtain an RMA number prior to you shipping a product back to us.
Please contact us first to obtain an
RMA. A PDF RMA document will be emailed to you.
Shipping
USPS is
our PREFERRED shipping method
for all our shipping and we ship anywhere in the USA or Canada.
We can only ship to PO Box offices using USPS. Otherwise, we must
have a physical "ship-to" address.
In the US, we offer offer USPS
Priority Mail at a flat rate of
$5.55 for packages over 13oz and USPS
First Class Mail at the flat
rate of $2.95 for
packages 13oz and under.
Shipments to Canada are based on
the weight of the package. All of our packages, are shipped
using "Proof of
Delivery" as provided by USPS.
Orders placed BEFORE 7am CST normally will
ship the same day they are received. Our USPS pickup time is
shortly before 9:00am. Orders normally placed AFTER 9:00am CST will be
shipped out the next morning. We strive to stock 100% of our
listed products, and very rarely have to hold up an order due to a stock
shortage. You WILL be immediately notified if your order is
subject to a back-ordered item.
Packages Returned Undeliverable
All packages returned to us undeliverable will NOT be reshipped
until payment is received or approved for the extra shipping.
The address supplied on the order is
the responsibility of the the customer.
Payments by Credit Card
and PayPal
Upon completion of your order on our website, and once confirmed,
your credit card is charged. Your product will be shipped on the
same or next business day. Should we find
that we can not completely fulfill your order, we may elect to
partially ship your order, and back-order any products that are not
stocked. You will be immediately notified of any products that can
not be immediately shipped. If your credit card is declined for
any reason at the time of placing the order, we will not process the
order. We do not impose any
surcharges to your credit card, or your PayPal account. We use
Authorize.Net
(via Wells Fargo Bank) to process all our credit card transactions.
All credit card transaction require that you supply us a valid billing
address - and that this address exactly match your credit card's billing
address. We impose strict fraud protection measures, and report
all incidents of attempted credit card fraud directly to Authorize.Net. |
